What is Tekmîl?

Tekmîl is the space where we share our criticisms, self-criticisms, and proposals. Comrades convene for tekmîl every evening in teams. Anyone can be and should be criticized with the goal of transform their attitude. General criticisms can be addressed to all comrades. Every couple of days, comrades convene in a meeting in order to evaluate the most important criticisms, self-criticisms, and proposals. Tekmîl is not a place for personal conflicts and complaining. All criticisms must be constructive and respectful. Tekmîl is a very important part of our revolutionary way of life as it avoids conflict and assures the cohesion and transparency of the group.
